Ben Johnson
OWNER, BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Whether he’s sitting at his computer, talking on the phone, or back in the warehouse, Ben’s focus is on ensuring we serve our customers at the highest level. His vision is to continue to offer the highest quality products while also finding new lines that will help increase our customer’s health and wellness. Ben is a South Dakota native and grew up across the Midwest. When Ben is away from the office, you’ll find him spending time with family and friends, woodworking, or on the golf course.
Kelly Kettering
CO-OWNER, ACCOUNTING
Kelly brings over 15 years of accounting, business, and management experience to the Rapid Spa Team. She is dedicated to ensuring that Rapid Spa is the leading retailer of spas in the Black Hills region for many years to come. She is also passionate about ensuring that Rapid Spa provides quality products and service, with an outstanding customer experience. Kelly grew up in South Dakota and loves spending time with family, reading, walking and hiking, and trying new recipes.
Brad McCaskell
THE MINT, GENERAL MANAGER
Brad, a life-long resident of Rapid City, leads the Sales and Service Team at Rapid Spa. Brad enjoys connecting with customers and helping them find just what they are looking for. His smile is contagious, and he always likes to joke around! Brad loves to spend time with his wife, three children, and six grandchildren. When Brad isn’t cheering for the Steelers, he’s honing his golf swing at the Elks.
Joe Woerth
SURGEON, LEAD FIELD SERVICE TECH
Joe grew up around Custer and has been working on spas since 2006. If you find yourself with a broke down spa, rest assured that when Joe shows up, he is qualified and committed to getting you up and running! When not at work, Joe spends time with his family including 2 children. If you enjoy live music around the Black Hills, look for the wig wearing drummer. Joe’s talents are only rivaled by the likes of John Bonham & Tommy Lee.
Josh McCaskell
MAESTRO, SERVICE ADVISOR
Josh, who was born and raised in Rapid City, brings over 10 years of experience in Customer Service/Sales to the Rapid Spa Team. Josh’s helpful and friendly personality is appreciated when customers have service questions or are looking for a particular part. Josh will always find the answer to your question, his determination is as fierce as a Honey Badger. When he’s not at work, Josh spends his time traveling, camping, hiking, and boating with his wife and two children. He also loves riding his motorcycle.
